The popularity of Dandy style has a direct influence that in the 1960s and 1970s dressing like the psychedelic and luxurious rocker was popular. There are several sets adopting large-scale color tones with high saturation in Ghesquière’s designs. Apart from the regular pristine and khaki, there are some retro colors like green, purple and red used in trench coats.

The important highlight of this catwalk is the retro design of puff sleeves Ghesquière is good at. This design could be used to leather outerwear and A-line dresses to combine the retro style with the futuristic sense.
